Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
Your music deserves a secure launch. When you invest in my creative design services, you are purchasing the rights necessary to legally exploit your artwork.
What you receive:

A formal written agreement detailing your exclusive usage rights (duration, media, and geographic scope), drafted in accordance with Article L. 131-3 of the Intellectual Property Code, tailored to your release and delivered upon final payment.

Files and assets: Deliverables include the final high-resolution files required for streaming, printing, and social media. Native working files (.psd) are not included by default. Any third-party asset licenses (e.g., fonts) are governed by their respective owners and must be acquired by the client if extended corporate use is required.
As the author, I retain my inalienable moral rights, which allow me to display the finished artwork in my professional portfolio to showcase our collaboration.
